      Mt.'s Makarisms and Reproaches

      I propose the translation of "How honorable" for ashrê and makarios, and "How shameful" or "Shame on" for hôy and ouai.

      I don't know that I would go that far, "ashre" etc. are not so much about honor and shame. I agree that the "blessed" and "woe" statements are prophecy! That's a good point, and thus not something to take upon ourselves to say, but we instead need guiding from the hand of God.
