Well, who could argue with such a well thought out and thoroughly documented case that you presented.
Still, I agree that he does come off at times as rather boorish but then again he hasn't spent decades carefully crafting himself into saying what he thinks others want to hear. This lack of political correctness and unwillingness to kowtow to it is what attracted many people to him. As for myself, he wasn't Hillary.
I'm always still in trouble again

The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

Originally posted by Cow Poke View PostObama was, indeed, a very nice looking man. And he could make good speeches.
What is funny is that just the other night Zack Buchanan, a senior advisor for the Democratic National Committee (DNC) who helped run their Trump war room mocked Trump's speech from this week (one that received praise from both sides of the aisle) as having "met the bar a trained monkey would have to meet for it to be a good speech. He read from a teleprompter and didn't cause a scandal"

On stage and TV there is a concept called the "fourth wall" - where the audience/camera is behind an invisible wall. Sometimes the actor will talk directly to the audience/camera, and that is called "breaking the fourth wall" - it is startling sometimes. It breaks the illusion.
I think in his own way, Trump does that with the people. He doesn't just talk at them in speeches and such, he 'breaks the fourth wall' and talks to them as if he were standing right there with them, making comments like someone who is part of the audience. He does that with his tweets and in his speeches. He says stuff like "look at these guys! they are a bunch of liars!" and so on. He says what people think. And that upsets the MSM and the regular political actors. But the audience loves it.
