Peanut Butter
Seeing as I'm about to have a wife, I'm wanting to expand my cooking repertoire. I happen to love peanut butter. Can I get some good peanut butter treats that are fairly simple?

Re: Peanut Butter
Yeah.
Cook ramen noodles. Don't use the little package. Stir in a couple of good heaping tablespoons of creamy peanutbutter, a little honey, a little soy sauce, and a few (or more if you like) hot pepper flakes. Works even better if you put the peanutbutter in the bowl and nuke it for a few seconds first. I like to toss in a tiny bit of garlic, and sometimes a little ginger--whatever I have around.
Sounds vile. Tastes pretty good.
ETA--Most people like them with a bit of chopped onion on top. I'm allergic, so I don't, but it makes them look nicer.Last edited by Crow; April 13th 2010 at 09:53 PM.

Put peanut butter on banana or apple slices.
No cooking required.

Then Morgoth turned upon Húrin, and he said: 'Fool, little among Men, and they are the least of all that speak! Have you seen the Valar, or measured the power of Manwë and Varda?
Do you know the reach of their thought? Or do you think, perhaps, that their thought is upon you, and that they may shield you from afar?'
'I know not,' said Húrin. 'Yet so it might be, if they willed. For the Elder King shall not be dethroned while Arda endures.'

I was going to say "put it on each other's sandwiches". Don't know where your mind is.
