Abortion provider says Jesus would be holding the hands of women having abortions.

    How deluded can someone be?

Tarico: Would you say that this work has a spiritual dimension for you?
Hagstrom Miller: Absolutely. I was raised in a liberal Christian tradition, and I come to the work because of that background, not in spite of it. The Jesus that I was taught about would be holding the hands of women inside the clinic; he wouldn’t be screaming at them. Acting on Christian principles is holding the hands of people at difficult times in their lives, and being supportive and nonjudgmental and kind. That is very much what we bring to the work. I don’t know how to say it more clearly than that.

He would be holding the baby's hands. And the woman's when she comes to him humbly and repents.

Someone who understands deep down just how terrible and evil an act that they are committing so they try to delude themselves into thinking that Christ would have given a thumbs up to such heinous behavior. Rationalization at its worst.

I'm always still in trouble again

Nope. He'd be telling them to not do it for their own sake and the babies' sakes.
If it weren't for the Resurrection of Jesus, we'd all be in DEEP TROUBLE!

A poem comes to mind. I am pretty much certain it reflects the Lord's heart on the topic of evil. I'll quote it in full because, as you will see, it is worth it:

Source: "I Am", by artist Takethra

    I am an artist,
    But my creation is trampled.
    I am a mother,
But my sons vanished with the dawn.
    I am a father,
    But my daughters go ripped
    Naked in the streets.
    I am a father.

I am the mourner of the World,
And I am the World’s most abhorred.
    The weeper of the rain,
Though renewal rises like a rainbow,
    Always to follow,
After thousands of years, always to follow.

    I forgive,
My smiling face over all penitent,
    I forgive,
Though I have never been returned without betrayal.

    My mercy is raped.

    All my friends faithless.
Those taken into the chambers of my soul,
    Loved,
    So loved,
    They violate my heart.

I am the one who returns from war,
Only to find his lover lying with another.
I am the one whose children slay themselves at her breast,
I am the one whose brothers always turn their backs,
I am the one whose sons thrust their brother off a bridge,
I am the one whose daughters speak their sister into suicide.

He hanged himself, he who kissed me in deceit.
And I saw my own children incinerate
And ascend into the sky as ash.

My first son died of a weak heart,
My first daughter was felled by a snake,

And my children have been dying ever since.

    Mine is sorrow.

I hold every tear of every one
In a jar tied over my heart.
I hold in my arms the bodies
    Of every miscarried child.
I know the number of every hair
    Fallen from every diseased head.
I feel every cut of self-maimed flesh,
I feel every scald of abuse.
I am the witness to every sorrow,
    I hear every scream,
    I hear every sob,
    I hear every last breath,
    I hear every final heartbeat.

    Mine is sorrow,
    Mine is tears.

I am the one whose child has been kidnapped,
After so many warnings not to go out alone.
I am the one whose child cries herself to sleep.
I stand at the door and knock,
But she will not let me in.

Upon me was placed a crown of pain,
    With red tears.
I was effigy of their own self-loathing,
I, who was pinioned to a tree by my children,
I, whose blood soaked the World.

    Mine is sorrow,
    Mine is tears.

But no one listens to the lamentations of a God.

I'm sure He'd also have His arm around the pedophile as he shows his "love" to the children he finds.

    Sheesh.

In a chokehold? Hmmm... would Jesus put someone in a chokehold? Considering that He could just will that they be incapacitated...

There is a psalm somewhere that ends calling for God to break the arm of the wicked so no more evil is done. It's one of those that very very broadly brings hell / final punishment to mind.
