As you have noticed (and we agree), this website is pretty awesome. Why you would choose to not be a member or logged in is baffling to both of us. The process is simple and costs you nothing, unless you really feel the urge to pay then we will not deny you that request. Back on point, once you become a member you will wonder why you put up with this notice all this time and ask yourself, "What was I thinking?" Being a tWebber is too awesome to pass up.
So stop playing ninja trying to act all stealth and lurking about (we see you), do you really want to be seen as a "lurker". Its like you are peeking in people's windows while they undress. How naughty of you. Does your mom know what you are doing right now? She agrees you should just register or login already. Good job.

The Extremely High-Profit Business Of Slave Trading
All this national hysteria about immigrants, destined to turn violent due to the upcoming elections, caused me to research slavery, one type of illegal immigration. In particular I became curious because the Book of Revelation in its description of the destruction of "Babylon",which I believe is the biblical name for New York City, mentions the "slaves" will be in the city. The statistics I found are totally astonishing and in fact verge on totally brain-numbing.Here are some of them:
Human trafficking is the FASTEST-GROWING criminal industry in the world, with the total annual revenue for trafficking in persons estimated to be between $5 billion and $9 billion. The Council of Europe reports "People trafficking has reached epidemic proportions over the past decade, with a global annual market of about $42.5 billion." The United Nations estimates nearly 2.5 million people from 127 different countries are being trafficked around the world. Trafficking victims typically are recruited using coercion, deception, fraud, abuse of power, threats of harm to family members or outright abduction.
A more detailed explanation of how one type of slavery is practiced can be found in the following article from London's Guardian newspaper.Although it only describes the situation in London, sex trafficking is practiced in most of the large cities in the world and in all large and even many mid-size cities in the United States, with Sacramento California and Toledo Ohio being among the most active regional distribution centers for sex slavery.

It's not as if we haven't been warned about these days is it?
2 Timothy 3:1-5 (New King James Version)
But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: 2 For men will be LOVERS OF THEMSELVES, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 unloving, unforgiving, slanderers,WITHOUT SELF-CONTROL, brutal, despisers of good, 4 traitors, headstrong, haughty, LOVERS OF PLEASURE rather than lovers of God, 5 having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away.

I don't think that it follows...
If the slave trade is as big as you say it is, then how come you're just automatically zeroing in on New York? Are there other indicators that New York is 'Mystery Babylon'?

Well . . . there is a big market in New York for prostitutes and domestics. There are many documented cases of both living in slave like conditions. This also apparently true of other urban areas in the USA.

Again, how does this prove his point that NY is mystery Babylon?

If your looking for proof, you will have to buy it in a bottle. I would consider it a toss up as to which city of the major metropolis wins the cake. My comment was also many major cities are hubs for slavery and slavery/prostitution, and I would consider the Big Apple a prime candidate.
