A Question on Jehovah's Witness Soteriology
I am aware of the Watchtower teaching on Jesus as the ransom sacrifice who is equal to Adam, and thus atones for Adam's sin, releasing us from original sin. My question is in regard to the personal sins of JW's. In JW soteriology (salvation scheme) does Jesus atone for the sins of believers or just Adam? As a creature who is equal to Adam, how can his blood cover others? I haven't found the Watchtower society giving a definitive response to this so far, but maybe I just don't know where to look. Do JW's have to do works to be saved or does God have another mechanism of grace for them?
