I'm assuming you are referring to the Van Daniken type ideas that aliens built the pyramids, etc?
If that is what you're referring to, I've come across no evidence supporting such ideas, and further see absolutely no reason to assume that human beings weren't clever enough to do any of the inventions we have or built any megalithic structures. It makes for an interesting story, but I have yet to see any convincing evidence for the idea that aliens visited us in the ancient past.
