Isaiah 13:13
Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.
Is it saying that God will shake the heavens, which will lead to the shaking of the earth as a consequence? Or is it just saying that he will shake both heaven and earth independently?
