      Exclamation Most Awesomest Veggie Beef Soup EVER!

      I made a roast in the crock pot and instead of tossing the liquid onto the dog food (puppies love it) I tossed in several cans of veggies and let it cook overnight. Oh man! It's the best I've ever made!

      That's sort of what my mom does to make her uber-epic soup/stew. She gets a chicken and cuts it up with veggies and stuff, cooks it over night. In the morning it tastes fantastic.

      My mom used to make beef and barley soup when I was a kid, all the time. I have tried to do it and it just doesn't taste the same as when she made it.
