AP, I'm having a real problem with your constant baiting of Manwe. He certainly does not deserve it.
He deserves a lot more baiting.....with tazers!"If you can ever make any major religion look absolutely ludicrous, chances are you haven't understood it"

"If God has given [his people] such joy now, joy in their faith, in their hope, in love, in the truth of his scriptures, what kind of joy is he preparing for them at the end? If he feeds them like this on the journey, how will he feast them in their homeland?"--Augustine of Hippo

Re: The TektonTV Thread
Right now it's wide open -- feel free to suggest.
EMail.Should I send them via PM or e-mail?
Check out the latest, all. NoSCo thinks he can dictate terms to me -- says he'll only repost my rebuttal link if I allow unfiltered comments.
Like he thinks HIS trolls are who I was trying to reach? Nope. I was trying to reach a sliver that have open minds and intelligence -- who don't need that link to find me. The link was mainly to irritate NoSCo.
And besides, I have plenty of other ways to publicize to a much larger readership than NoSCo ever dreamed of having.
I'll just want to do a few more responses to him first....
Imagine that. A pissant like NoSCO thinking he can dictate terms to ME. Tch tch. Check out my counteroffer, though...

Re: The TektonTV Thread
I suppose I could just e-mail you the recent essay I typed up on the subject. Although I could probably change it and spruce it up a bit, seeing as I had to limit myself as I was only supposed to write 1750 words.
I also e-mailed you some voice samplings. I had to re-record what I was going to send, since it turns out my digital voice recorder is so sensitive it can pick up people talking in the floor above mine.Crab Battle

Re: The TektonTV Thread
Here you go JP, I just had to add a section that pointed out that Christianity was part of European cultural identity, and so was not the cause of the conquest, and mention people like Las Casas. I have detailed the line of European thinking from Ancient Greece to conquest-era Spain, and how most of the ideas that were part of European cultural though and identity were largely secular ideas. I then go on to point out how the Spanish were able to defeat the Aztecs and Incas with the help of local Amerindian tribes who were enemies of the Aztecs. I also point out how the main killer of Amerindians was disease. Lastly, I talk about how the Spanish only settled small areas, utilising African slaves and by extracting tributes from local Amerindians followed by a brief summary.

OK, let's keep that in mind.
In shocking news, NoSCO actually seems to be showing some earnest interest, which is surprising...!

Hmm, well, the game show format has its uses. He could very well return.
Right now I have three projects in mind:
* A tutorial on the Trinity. Dr. Sam Nullanvoid will host this one, I think.
* A parodic response to NoSCo's video "Context".
* A tutorial on honor-shame and the doctrine of hell. I think I'll make how this one will work a surprise.
