Of course looking at that entry on Blue Letter Bible I can see that it doesn't always mean "spoil or plunder" in every context. That was why I said he's committing the illegitimate totality transfer fallacy. However they will claim that they did more than read it in English.

Screwball to Youtuber "baahnmeh" for spending the last few days on my video moaning on and on about being moderated by J.P. He really got very profane at some points. I finally got sick of the annoying moaner and blocked him.

I do have a question about that though. Are YT septics that incapable of controlling their tongue (ok fingers but you get the point) that they cannot communicate without profanity? Or as my father always suggestion are they that dimwitted that profanity is all they have?

I think profanity is just a very ingrained aspect of the culture there, to the point where its use seems as natural as breathing, and nobody thinks twice about it.

I've been subbing lately and I actually don't hear as much profanity as you'd expect. I'm sure kids make an effort not to swear around me, but I can hear much better than they think.

Yeah, students will seldom cuss like a drunken sailor when they know a teacher is within earshot... There's exceptions of course, but they're in the minority.
