Need a Female Voice for a Part in the Next TektonTV Film!
I'm working on a new film for my YouTube channel and need (rather soon) someone to do the part of a female character in the film.
Yes, I had had Mrs H in mind to do the voice, but she said it wasn't her cup of tea. (Everyone may note that we never post her pic anywhere...she doesn't want her voice online, either.)
I need to go offline now, but if you're interested, drop a response in this thread, or a PM, or an email to my usual addy. If you want to add a short voice sample that's cool. I'm using Audacity, but I don't think you have to do so too. However, you'll need to do the lines and email me the files.
I need at least 2 lines done right away...the rest can be done over this next week. I'll check for responses later today if I can.
Thanks!

Looks like it's finally Manwe's time to shine.
"If God has given [his people] such joy now, joy in their faith, in their hope, in love, in the truth of his scriptures, what kind of joy is he preparing for them at the end? If he feeds them like this on the journey, how will he feast them in their homeland?"--Augustine of Hippo

Then Morgoth turned upon Húrin, and he said: 'Fool, little among Men, and they are the least of all that speak! Have you seen the Valar, or measured the power of Manwë and Varda?
Do you know the reach of their thought? Or do you think, perhaps, that their thought is upon you, and that they may shield you from afar?'
'I know not,' said Húrin. 'Yet so it might be, if they willed. For the Elder King shall not be dethroned while Arda endures.'

What does it entail?
If I have a mystical experience, an experience that's so overwhelming that I know now that there's a God, the cognitive fallout from that is irrelevant. The fact that that experience can be explained by psychologists in numerous ways is irrelevant to the fact that I now know.

On the recording front, it's possible to get good quality recordings done on mobile 'phones and some MP3 players. I recommend recording at 16bits and 44.1KHz, which is CD quality.
