      cool, i smoke e-cigs now. sometimes i'll go for the analog but i'm not as hooked at night as before b/c i get my nic from the e-cig.

      i lost 10 lbs, not much excersizing but lots of changes to my eating habits. I have that 'super green food' powder with whey protein in the mornings, i snack on almonds and peanuts and have lots of vegetables for lunch and dinner. was influenced by the Okinawa program and it's working so far.

      side note - since eating this way and taking that green powder i don't feel the need to fall asleep at my job as i used to (very frequently in the past)...i have this weird prolonged energy throughout the day, not that super quick high that crashes from too much sugar, i feel it leveled out evenly.

      Some effective tips for you to quit smoking.
      Do consult your doctor and follow doctor's advice,
      Ask your family and friends to support your decision to quit,
      Keep your teeth clean,
      Keep money you would spend on cigarettes in a saving jar and plan for a treat tomorrow,
      Set a quit day and make your quit day special for you,
      Avoid going to places where you might find smokers,
      Do start some exercise or sport.

      thanks, i actually quit smoking some time ago. Thanks for the reminder :)
