I've never tried one. What else goes in it? V8?

I like V8 Splash (made with fruit and veg instead of veg and fruit :)

i did not smoke a cigarette last night. the e-cig kicked the curb to even though it tasted awful.
my jog on sunday was exhilarating, since i can't jog like that during the weekday i might do some dvd workout at home in the evenings.
back still hurts, going to look up good back exercises. i ate really healthy yesterday, salad for lunch as usual except i didn't pack on the croutons or the tortellini and no chicken. i actually packed on the broccolli and brussel sprouts. the sauce they put on the brussel sprouts (cooked) was so delicious i could eat it all day. maybe i'll ask the deli today what they put in it to do it at home.
no broccoli spinach shake yet.Last edited by princesa; September 28th 2010 at 06:46 AM. Reason: i can't spell in the mornings, too early

The Superman Exercise is one good back exercise (there are many more, but it is one I like that doesn't require weights. There's an interesting psychology regarding the impetus behind which we find ourselves urged... nay, compelled, to read someone's entire signature.

it is a tough battle, if you have children and have some fatigue b/c of smoking it's even worse.
but more than anything else, i'm sick of making excuses!!!!
...but tonight the pastor is coming over to bless the house and i have to help the kids study for their tests so no workout.
