      two things.
      1 I am new here so therefore don't know if your have already purchased your dream home(if you have congrats and enjoy.)
      2. If not and there is any possible way that you can avoid an escrow account for your property taxes and your home insurance please please try to avoid this pit fall.

      Hi Res - welcome aboard!

      No, I haven't bought anything yet - I've been derailed briefly by illness (but I'm getting better). I'll keep that in mind but to be honest, I'm not very conversant in real estate law (ironically, real estate was my Mom's favorite). I'm still learning.
