who thinks of a soldier or teacher as a government bureaucrat?
"As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths." Isaiah 3:12

None of them work at the DMV.
              I checked.
Actually YOU put Trump in the White House. He wouldn't have gotten 1% of the vote if it wasn't for the widespread spiritual and cultural devastation caused by progressive policies. There's no "this country" left with your immigration policies, your "allies" are worthless and even more suicidal than you are and democracy is a sick joke that I hope nobody ever thinks about repeating when the current order collapses. - Darth_Executor striking a conciliatory note in Civics 101

Yeah, right. Pretty sure Ballmer is a quintessential limousine liberal.

I feel like it's hard for statistics to be "partisan" without offering interpretation. The site only raw numbers, as in "total US government spending:" $5,385,587,977,000.

For starters, equating peoples' claim of bloat with teachers/policemen, et al. seems highly disingenuous.

But if the data is accurate, either side can make any comparisons they want. How you present the data is what would be partisan. But the database would not be (unless it is falsified) or they make it so that certain data is harder to find than other data.

Bingo. I've learned you have to be wary when a liberal claims he's giving you the facts.

It's in the article, not in the database section.

True. So I suppose the point here is to figure out a way to cross check enough of the stuff to see if it is correct. I have no idea how to determine if someone is making certain data harder to find than other data.
