Female - ChristianThe dreaded Low Carb Diet!
Hey guys.
I'm not fat, but I want to get down about 10 more pounds from where I am.
I have done a low carb diet (basically Atkins) for 2 weeks now, and I'm down 6 pounds and two inches in my waist.
Now people cry and whine about low carb diets a lot, but I guess it's true that they work. My plan is to keep at it, and keep working out like I am (about an hour a day, 5 days a week) till Thanksgiving. Then I might switch to normal low-calorie.
Anyone else tried this?

Yep! And it works! I lost about 25 pounds about 8 yrs ago, using the atkins diet....if you keep your carbs below 20 grams a day it really works great! but it's hard to do...I'm a big carboholic...
