      The same way it would work with any other object, Magellan. Does the signal in question have indicia of design we associate with human design? If it does, what might we conclude?
      Atheism is a "religion" the same way that not collecting stamps is a hobby.

      Pulsars, sending Morse code light speed transmissions from super intelligences since the dawn of time.

      I think (I hope) you see that your flowchart needs revising.

      That's right, TS. All the archaeologists in the world come to my door every day to ask me if the artifact they're holding is "designed."

      Remember your first rule of science!

      It is in accordance with a Con-Scientific Principle!

      See if the person is lying.

      Well, I do not trust anyone but my own Con-Science, so, I will not be asking you about the idea of any form being under the influence of an intelligent cause.

      If that's what you've gotten out of what I've said so far, Magellan, you truly are mentally retarded.

      Why can't you get it through your thick, brainless skull that I do not claim to have a reliable method of detecting non-human design? Why is that concept so impossible for you to grasp? I, personally, don't even have a reliable method of detecting human design! There are probably plenty of human-designed artifacts I, personally, would not identify as such.

      You once again forget that YOU are the one who claims to be able to detect "design" in objects. Not me.

      Are you, Theostudent, also under the impression that I have ever made any claim to have a reliable method for detecting "design" in objects of unknown provenance?

      What is with you two? Twin sons from different mothers?

      I imagine those are rather difficult to upload to TWeb.

      A better question would be;

      Why would I care what you think?

      Can you answer me that?
