ἐχορτάσθησαν : aorist passive of χορτάζω satisfy with food : originally only of feeding animals with, e.g., hay (χόρτος), in Hellenistic Greek it superseded κορέννυμι.

κόφινος : wicker basket.
πληρώμα : fulness, complement ; κλάσματα δώδεκα κοφίνων πληρώματα καί... literally, "bits... and (to the) contents of 12 baskets", 12 basketfuls.
ἀπὸ τῶν ἰχθύων : Semitism = some fish, scraps of fish.

ἠνάγκασεν : aorist of ἀναγκάζω compel, make one do something.
ἐμβῆναι : aorist infinitive of ἐμβαίνω, embark, get into a boat.
προάγειν : infinitive of προάγω lead forward ; intransitive go ahead, lead the way, present indicating action in progress when something else took place.
εἰς τὸ πέραν : to the far side.
πρὸς Βηθσαϊδάν : in the direction of Bethsaida. Note topographical difficulty unless, instead of Bethsaida is meant the western shore.

ἀπολύω : send away ; tense and mood of direct speech.

Analysis (Zerwick):

ἀποταξάμενος : aorist participle of ἀποτάσσομαί τινι say farewell to, take leave of one.
τὸ ὄρος : the hills, hill country = "the hilly ring which almost entirely surrounds the Lake of Gennesareth, so that from any part of the shore one went up εἰς τὸ ὄρος" (BG §167).
προσεύξασθαι : aorist infinitive of προσεύχομαι pray.
