    Not much detail at this point.

    "[The North West Counter Terrorism Unit is treating the incident in Manchester as a possible terrorist incident, sources said.

    Senior national Counter-Terrorism officers are assembling in London and are liaising with the Home Office.

    Early estimates put the number of fatalities in double figures, but these are very early stages.]"

      This was a concert for young people mainly - kids really...

      edit: 20 dead, at least 50 wounded...

        It seems premature to declare it a bombing. From the article, all we know is there was an explosion. It could have been a bomb, and most likely was, but there are accidental things that can cause an explosion.

          Well the police are treating it as a terrorist incident. I really have no problem assuming that Muslims did it...

              NBC is calling it a possible suicide bombing and the Sun says it appears to have been a nail bomb.

                There are a lot of indications that it was a deliberate explosion. For one thing, the location and timing are very suspicious. It apparently happened at a ticket counter after the concert when people were no longer being screened by security.
