I also like an old skool Christian "band" (it's just one guy named Klayton) called Circle of Dust. I'm extremely fond of his Disengage album which you can find the songs on youtube. Since Klayton went secular with Celldweller his songs have gotten quite a bit darker.

I liked the Brainchild album better.

I gave Celldweller a try but some of the lyrics seemed very sexually explicit. I'll give Circle of Dust a try though. I do like industrial every once in a blue moon.

Yeah, I don't really listen to Celldweller. I was curious what Klayton was doing past Circle of Dust and though I think the music he creates with Celldweller sounds really good, the lyrics are too angsty and some are sexual. I was pretty disappointed that he went that way with his music.

I listened to a few CoD songs on Spotify last night and give it my thumbs up.

My favorite album of the year so far is "Some Nights" by FUN. Wish it had a non-explicit version, though.

"Friday" by Rebecca Black and "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen.

And before you check me into a mental institution, yes--I'm kidding.

A few serious ones, in no particular order:

      Forrest Gump theme song
The Hands of Time--from Brian's Song
      Let It Be--The Beatles
      Blowing in the Wind--Bob Dylan
      American Beauty theme song
Life is just a phase you're going through. You'll get over it.--Anonymous

If I should ever die, God forbid, let this be my epitaph: "The only proof he needed for the existence of God was music."--Kurt Vonnegut

Reading [a Tassman or bertatberts post] would be like willingly injecting yourself in the eyeballs with HIV.--Rational Gaze
