How many times have you posted on Weiner since the story broke here on TWeb rogue06 ? If I went and looked, would it be alot..and alot with article updates that you supplied too, to help people understand the unfolding scandal ?

Are you morally outraged or something ? Is it about House rules corruption ? Are you concerned about the well-being of the 17 year girl that you brought to my attention, implying the police were investigating because there was evidence of wrongdoing ? There currently is as much proof of that as there is that David Vitter liked to wear diapers when he visited New Orleans prostitutes.

You used that FOX story, rogue06, to manipulate me into admitting I was wrong. No charges have been filed by the girl's parents. No charges brought by the police either. The "investigation" was not what you implied it was.

Yeah, Imagine the media getting itself into a feral spin about a politician who sent lewd photos of himself to a young girl. Not to mention that said politician is married and has a kid on the way. Also not to mention that he lied about it and tried to put blame for his own actions on other people.

Yeah, imagine the press getting all hyped up about that, and even then the story was slow to take off. It only gained traction when they found out how much he had lied to everyone.

And if it hadn't been for his contentious press conference and the threatening of CBS's Marcia Kramer with arrest when she went to his office for an interview I think the press would have been more than happy to keep it as a back page story. Until then the primary reason it got any mention at all by many news outlets was that they saw it as an opportunity to bash Andrew Breitbart (who's BigGovernment.com broke the story) with charges he had hacked Weiner's twitter account and the like.

No he didn't. There is no investigation ongoing at all. There is no evidence of that (and such could easily be found on the girl's PC's hardrive) ...and so there are no charges being filed by anyone.

No, you needed to read my post about why the press went into a feral frenzy because that was the point. But I dis say that I did not care to have a foreigner tell me when and where to come of it, seeing as these are not your politicians and not your country and not your press. You have your own political liberal party and their politicians to bad mouth about being "liars," do you not ?
