Well, since I THINK we're having a civil discussion, I'll proceed as though we are...

      To whom will you pray?
And, honestly, I disagree that you are only harsh on "Fundies", since your definition paints such an extremely wide brush.

      1) the Short version is I pray to the universe, In my private life I follow the wiccan/pagan model of prayer with the occasional Shamanistic meditation (Sans Drugs).
      2) Then I will be more specific and use the term "religious Jerks".

      Does the congregation know this?

Again, um.... knowing your propensity to ... um... (trying to be civil, here)... I'm not sure that really narrows the brush stroke.

Yep. We have quite a few pagans and Christo-pagans in our church.

For me it does, because it goes into their behavior more than their ideology.

OK, again, seriously... when you make an entrance and kick people in the teeth and poke them in the eye, what behavior do you expect, knowing that
      A) Tweb is not necessarily 100% comprised of committed Christians, and
      2) The medium of internet interaction is not the best place to judge character?

Go away, Eeset, I'm being nice.

And the distraction, I assure you, is only temporary. OC seems to be the only Mormon engaged, and right now he seems to have painted himself into a corner.

I have no way of knowing their commitment or their devoutness, I can only go by their behavior and their conduct.
and but their behavior online is the only thing I have to go by.
If they are nice to me I tend to talk to them, if they act like jerks, then it's more fun to clown them than reason with them.

Get thee behind me, Satan... I said "Thanks" -- I'm done.
      Sorry to disappoint you.

You're fun, too, ES... although a bit misguided at times.
