It's a HUGE stretch to call that witness intimidation since Trump never threatened Comey. Intimidation would be, "You better not say anything that gets me in trouble or I'll put a bullet in your spine." But bluffing sometime into telling the truth? If that's intimidation then policemen and lawyers are guilty of "witness intimidation" every single day.
