For Unix admins - new command for your social life:
woman(1) woman(1)
NAME
woman - Interface for communicating with women
SYNOPSIS
women -qwertyuioplkjhgfdsazxcvbnm <option> [option, option, option ...] source name:port
DESCRIPTION
Woman opens a communications portal to a woman.
Thus
woman -i voice bertha:ears
will attempt to speak to bertha in an audible voice such that she can hear
The following options apply to lightbulb:
-i attempts to open a two way communication
-qwertyuoplkjhgfdsazxcvbnm are possible options, but their function is unknown, and appears
at times to be random. The -f and -c options (flowers and chocolate respectively), when
applied to the proper ports, tend to provide positive output, especially with the -s (sorry)
option, but results are unreliable.
FILES
None
SEE ALSO
grovel(1), comfort(1), child(6), kill(1)
KNOWN BUGS
Most options do appear to be bugged in some way, as
their output frequently appears to be random,
and often represents danger to the command initiator.
Still, the command is useful for experimentation and
the skilled operator will be able to manipuate the
various arguments and options as he discovers them
to pursue his goals.
NOTES
I believe M$ Windows is based on woman, because there
are often registry errors that are impossible
to correct, and it is very subject to malicious code,
most notably from hackers and others of the same
kind who spread this code easily.
It is important to ensure that the input stream should
be used with caution, and proper input is often dependent
upon proper decoding of previous output.
Do not attempt to use multiple instances of woman at the
same time, espeically with the more intimate options. Pain,
physical injury and potentially death may result.
INSTALLATION
Command is inherent to the OS.

Re: For Unix admins - new command for your social life:
I used this command and it seems very buggy. In the console and using root (yes I used root . . . its an old box that I regularly screw with until I break the system) I entered woman ? which returned another ?. Then I entered woman -help and my screen went blank with a cold reboot required to recover.
Then woman -fcsi Rose Anne:ears (my wife's name is Rose Anne). Surprisingly, and seeming spontaneously, another console opened up adjacent to the one I was using.
Using ps -aux the other open console user path came back /dev/null . . . what do you make of this.
I will continue playing with woman and see what else I can find out about command.

What output did the other console provide?

I've found this command will refuse to respond when used with sudo.

Re: For Unix admins - new command for your social life:
I've continued to play with "woman" and boy you're right . . . very buggy. Like random even . . . Using ps -e . . . oddly a second console is not listed as running. I did notice that there seemed to be some strange garbage listed at the very bottom of the list . . . like a corrupted data stream. I don't know I've never seen anything like it.
I cannot access the open second open window. Actually my cursor disappears for a random period of time up to five minutes when I click on it.
Non-responsive with sudo, eh. Well, I'm stumped but fascinated. BTW, the color scheme for the open console changes frequently. Very intriguing.
More later.
