Of course not. I'm showing you some of the scriptures on point. The scriptures say he came to this world as the only begotten Son. He came as the author of our salvation according to scripture. "For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten Son, that whoso believeth on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." He was raised again for the last time. He was the begotten Son from the beginning of this world. He inherits the Father's throne. What more do I need to say? When did the Father tell him "thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee?"

The Arians had control in various places and to greater and lesser degrees over quite a period of time. Constantine was a Nicene Christian but there were people in his court that were Arian and his mother was Arian. So, there was no Constantinian conspiracy to rid the world of Arianism.
