God said, "Let the earth bring forth..." -- Evolution
God said, "Let the waters abound..." -- Evolution... scant sealife evolving into abundant sealife

If God works through visions, why not mutations? If God will mutate your body to heal you, then why not mutate life to create new species?

I believe Genesis said God did it, so it's reasonable.

See answer to #2.

See above.

To seriously consider non-uniformity in one area, you must assume an underlying uniformity. A true position of non-uniformity is unworkable, and makes everything unknowable.

If God was required for it to happen, then you shouldn't be surprised if a scientist cannot replicate it.
