And yeah the biggest right-wing party in Denmark is called "Venstre" (which translates to "Left").

Maybe it's the Mandela Effect but I seem to remember that for awhile red was right wing here as in the color of the state politically speaking. Reagan Red like the wiki maps of his two victories:
