Cite the place - in the New Testament - where condemnation is in the hands of anyone other than either God or the condemned.

I already knew you had virtually no understanding of Scripture, but this . . . none of these deal with condemnation. Do you even know what condemnation refers to? Evidently not.

Thus confirming the known fact that you have no reading comprehension ability and no understanding of the English language.

Consider this: What is the sin that condemned all of Creation? Eve ate a piece of fruit she was told not to eat. That one act condemned billions to suffering and death - in Christian theology the corruption of all of creation rested on that one act. It wasn't a murder, it wasn't teh gay sex, it wasn't eating pork on Tuesay. You'd be hard pressed to get busted for stealing an apple these days.
But God is concerned about what happens in the here and now. The Old Testament law is intimately concerned with ensuring that people are treated fairly in their everyday lives, even down to having accurate weights and having parapets on their houses to prevent people from falling out. These things matter to God. None of this is inconsistent with the notion that all sin leads to death.

                    Spiritual condemnation or capital punishment?

Of course God is concerned with what happens in the here and now - that is the reason for all of those safety related laws.
Obviously, those laws have relatively minor impact as opposed to full on massive impact depending on what the law is addressing.

However, Romans isn't talking about comparing one law to another in regard to the impact in the here and now.
He's addressing the law in regard to how it impacts our relationship with God (righteousness) and as such all are equally deadly.
The Bible says if you fail on the smallest law that you're doomed.

                      To put it another way:
The measurement of big sins and little sins make sense when it comes to thinking about our relationships with one another; however, big sins and little sins are equally deadly when considering our relationship with God.

That is how Jesus speaking about merely considering adultery is equal to committing adultery - he's talking about it in regard to righteousness before God. However, in human/human relationships I can guarantee you my wife doesn't consider the two to be equal.

So when Romans is used as it is often misused, it is a violation of the intent of the text.
Actually YOU put Trump in the White House. He wouldn't have gotten 1% of the vote if it wasn't for the widespread spiritual and cultural devastation caused by progressive policies. There's no "this country" left with your immigration policies, your "allies" are worthless and even more suicidal than you are and democracy is a sick joke that I hope nobody ever thinks about repeating when the current order collapses. - Darth_Executor striking a conciliatory note in Civics 101

John 7:24 ... How does exercising or passing judgement equate to condemnation - particularly in view of 1 Cor 5:3-5?
                        Titus 3:10 ... Not materially different from 1 Cor 5: 3-5
1 Cor 5:11-13 ... Yep - withdraw from and exile a false brother.
