Fitness : Hundred Pushups, 2H Squats, 2H Situps, etc

Multi week 1 hundred pushup program...

      http://hundredpushups.com/

On the left menu, there are several other programs regarding squats, situps, pullups...

My wife once achieved the two hundred squats goal. It is achievable with determination and drive. I know other people who have finished the other program goals. Please message me and I will ask her/them your questions. I have gotten as close as week 10 in the pushups and situps but not quite finished based on external influence.

Many folks might know about this but I find it fun and a valuable tool for structured fitness. I hope you enjoy! :)

      I managed 30 push-ups and 30 sit-ups.

I started up the programs again and was near your pushups @ 30... I pulled off 48 sit-ups and nearly 60 squats. I'm not sure how much time I will be able to devote in the coming weeks but I'm going to give it a helluva try.

Re: Fitness : Hundred Pushups, 2H Squats, 2H Situps, etc

I tested myself this morning before breakfast, see how much fitness I've lost through being ill, I wasn't feeling great at the start, managed a set of 90 press-ups, was a bit disappointed to be that close to the benchmark and not make it, then did 50 sit-ups (though using a different technique to the one they describe in the site there, I have my feet off the ground the whole time and bring my knees up to meet my body so that there's no rest phase and everything has to stay balanced, I'm not sure how that compares to their version in terms of difficulty, but it's what I'm used to doing) after that was my normal 120 high kicks and then decided to do another set of press-ups to take me over the hundred mark, managing another 60, the whole 'workout' lasting about 4-5 minutes. I suppose another week or so and I should be able to manage over a hundred again.
