Due to rampant stupidity by Skeptics, and time issues, I'm only going to be on TWeb in my own (tektonics.org) section from now on. Deal with it.

This person's novel interpretation of cyberbullying/harassment would probably mean that 95% of all political ads should be taken down from YouTube.
I work in the schools and know cyberbullying is a very real thing. And this isn't within a light year of it.

The irony is that Geisler is trying to call SOMEONE ELSE out for bullying somebody over the Internet. Pot, I'd love for you to meet Mr. Kettle Black.

"I hate Manwe's posts because I hate babies and America." --Augustine2004, August 6, 2011
Then Morgoth turned upon Húrin, and he said: 'Fool, little among Men, and they are the least of all that speak! Have you seen the Valar, or measured the power of Manwë and Varda?
Do you know the reach of their thought? Or do you think, perhaps, that their thought is upon you, and that they may shield you from afar?'
'I know not,' said Húrin. 'Yet so it might be, if they willed. For the Elder King shall not be dethroned while Arda endures.'

Beyond that, it suggests Geisler and his cronies aren't wearing big boy pants the way NoSCo, ProfMTH, and all the other Skeptics I've lampooned do.
And BTW, NoSCo for one has lampooned Ken Ham (imagine him as a stick figure) and Bill O'Reilly -- or maybe it was darkmatter2525 who did the latter.

Re: An Open Challenge to Norman Geisler
When your father-in-law has for all intents and purposes been blacklisted, had his reputation smeared, his orthodoxy questioned, his finances endangered which affects you as well, his invitation to conferences taken back as well as those of his friends, and seen the personal stress that puts you through, to be told "I find this cartoon offensive, please remove it" kind of sounds shallow.

Don't hold back, Nick...tell us how you really feel.
In all seriousness, though...do you by any chance know if Geisler has, at the very least, lost fans and support over this? Or are the Geislerites becoming even more fervent for him?

Re: An Open Challenge to Norman Geisler
Oh he's lost fans and support, but it is scary how those in his camp practically hang on his every word. Consider the JoeHardy guy that posted on the YouTube video. Go to the Norm Geisler Ministry Page on Facebook and just look at the obsession this guy has with Geisler. It's frightening. For Geislerites, he is the Pope. Geisler has spoken. The case is closed.

Geisler went to pains to avoid even giving clues to the name of the clip so as to avoid sending people to it; the snarky remark by the person above hotlinked it.
