I'm not understanding what you're getting at, Xmm... there are several Mormons in my real life existence (such as it is) and I get along with them just fine. I was being facetious about "getting away from the Mormons", of course. If I really wanted to get away from them, I would not post here.

I was simply saying that I'm sure there are great stories of your experiences with loving them, whenever/wherever you run into them. Was hoping to hear something inspiring.

Back in high school, I asked a girl in my math class to homecoming. As a result, I ended up going out to dinner beforehand with a group of 12 people, and I was one of two non-Mormons. I actually found it to be a very interesting experience.

This thread was ACTUALLY going to share some interesting news I had obtained from a meeting with Don Hand. It was his own story about how he was convinced to sell the property to the Mormons, and had a very interesting spiritual component.

HOWEVER, unbeknownst to me, this also played a part, inadvertently, in my discussions with my Real Life Mormons where there appeared to be a significant difference between the "official" Mormon account (on the website referenced in the OP) and Don Hand's own account, vs. the account my Mormon friend says he was told.
