Re: September 2011 Screwballs
Oh, I thought that by the time of this post, you had already advanced a bit.
Righto! At the moment, it seems that the creators of MLP FiM have relaxed in persecuting people uploading the videos, and it seems they have allowed this one channel to upload all the episodes (Including the latest ones from Season 2, given how the Discord episodes are up and ready to be watched). Here is the channel;

To get you kickstarted, here is the 1st episode of Season 1:

All the episodes are linked together for your convenience, just click on the next one when ready to get to it. ^^
Enjoy!

That is the lamest pseudo-Cyrillic I've ever had the displeasure of viewing.

Actually, no. I can just about puzzle out names on icons, but that's it. When the Carpatho-Russians emigrated to the US, they developed a transliterated text so they could use Latin-type printing presses. That's what's used in our Slavonic texts. Most parishes now use little Slavonic, however. I'm relatively more familiar with Greek, which is also used a little bit.

Re: Screwy Bronies Split (second try)
My Little Pony was always about teaching foolish feminism to girls at a very young age by telling them that friendship and sisterhood was all they needed to overcome demon-creatures, instead of, you know, angels, or heavy artillery, or the combined exorcising force of a focused Care Bear Stare. (Yes, the first Care Bears movie was better than MLP in any iteration.)
The Power Rangers always had the basic idea right: To fight giant monsters, you need giant robots. To fight a crazy witch with a Gro-staff, you need a disembodied head-creature with awesome skills at recruiting teenagers with attitudes and a robot assistant that knows which teleport buttons to push. And a catchy metal theme song. It's just basic logic.
If I want to watch a show about a unicorn with good writing I'll go watch The Adventures of Unico, which is actually both creative and affecting:

In reaction to Richwine Affair, all right-thinking people are quick to proclaim that they don’t believe in a genetic basis for IQ. They’re much less quick to explain – with any sort of precision – what they actually do believe in. At best, we’re treated to some hand-waving paired with the phrase “social construct.”.

"...Impossible, I made that model specifically not to speak."
Oh you're just quoting from the cracked.com article:
7 Badass Cartoon Villains Who Lost to Retarded Heroes.

And actually, FiM already seems better (got through the first two episodes). The first villain had to be taken out with teamwork and camaraderie. Pretty much lesson 0 of every military."One develops a cool and ironic sense of bitter humor, as well as a bloated ego, and this personality characteristic is the defining trait of atheists ancient and modern. If there is a meek and humble atheist or sorcerer brimming with the milk of human kindness, I have yet to meet him." -John C Wright
"Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded- here and there, now and then- are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty. This is known as “bad luck.”"
— Robert A. Heinlein
"America's political system used to be about the pursuit of happiness. Now More and more of us want to stop chasing it and have it delivered."
"The government cannot love you, and any politics that works on a different assumption is destined for no good."
"Government money only pays for the "liberties" the government thinks you should have, and therefore it can determine how you exercise them. That turns liberties into privileges dispensed at the whim of the state."
