Male - ChristianDo NOT use tap water if you use Neti Pots.
There's been two cases in Louisiana where people have been infected with N. Fowleri, a brain eating bacteria. If you use Neti Pots, make sure to use distilled or completely purified water.

I don't even use neti pots in the first place because the first time I tried one, I did it improperly and nearly drowned myself (or at least it felt that way).
