According to Zech 14, AFTER Jerusalem is surrounded by the gentiles. Hence the TIMING word...THEN in Zech. 14:3. So, according to your timeline, all of the nations were gathered against Jerusalem in 70 AD, and after that, the rivers of living water flowed from Jeursalem. Oh, but that's right... you claim that the rivers of living water verse was fulfilled at Pentecost, before the THEN in Zech 14:3

It means in the day Zechariah was referencing at that time, not the same day as all of the other times he used it. Each use is explained contextually, but then again, you preterists don't care much about Old Testament chronology...

But since you asked its right after the one in which Jesus says He plans to come back to physically split the Mount of Olives. Seriously its already been brought up so I suggest the liberal application of vaseline ,behind the ears, and apply reverse pressure, then when you can see look up 'living water' in Johns gospel you can read all about it there.
