I honestly can't tell if its the actual cast or VERY good impersonators. But if it was the real thing, I'd imagine there'd be legal issues with them recording their voices without Nickelodeon's permission.

I suspect that they were really good impersonators. Except for the Sandy Cheeks impersonation... her voice seemed off.
