Male - ChristianAll about Steak -- What kind, how cooked, yes/no, etc
I used to love a good T-bone.
Then I went through my Rib-eye phase.
Then there was New York Strip.
Now, I seem to enjoy a good thick sirloin, cooked medium.
Are you a steak eater?
Which kind?
Any tips on grilling?
This is all about STEAK!

New York. Either broiled or bbq'd. Rare.
No sauce, but I eat my steak with ketchup.

I love steak...as far as I am concerned, there isn't a bad steak! Right now, all I have in the freezer are venison steaks...1" butterflied back strap seasoned with a little Tony Chacheres Creole or Spicy n' Herb seasoning grilled to medium! Fantastic!!! From a cow, I really like Rib Eyes the best.

I've wanted a steak for a loooooong time, I haven't had one in ages. I'm kind of weird because I like steak with macaroni and cheese...

Re: All about Steak -- What kind, how cooked, yes/no, etc
Every time I try to grill steak, the weather takes a turn for the worse. The first time, it got cold and wet. The second time, it was so hot that people were collapsing from the heat. The third time, there was a hailstorm. I'd say that I should stick to eating it and forget about cooking, but I think I'm willing to tempt fate. How much worse could the weather get?
Disregard the above.

Mmmmmmmmm...... carne`
Hot grill, lightly peppered, slap it on, turn it a couple of times to sear it, let it sit a bit until it reaches rare, medium, or well, your choice.
or, marinated, or not, or smoked, or not. Left overs turned into carne` asada, french dip, breakfast, and...
Mmmmmmmmm....... carne`.

Thinly cut and fried with salt and pepper. Not too particular about which part as long as there's no visible fat.
"Years ago, I mean decades ago, I read a quote about politicians performing quid pro quo favors for campaign cash, and whether or not we could prove it. The guy who was quoted opined that it was difficult to determine. He noted that in many cases, the payoff might not take the form of votes on legislative action -- those might be detectable, and so are avoided -- but could take subtler forms, like the question that is never asked at a hearing.
The media's doing a terrific job of not asking questions it doesn't want to know the answer to. It doesn't ask these questions in bulk, and the great volume of questions it doesn't ask makes it cheap to not ask questions.
And it passes these savings on to you, the customer." Ace

Steak? yes.
Kind? Almost any kind.
Cooked? Yes, generally rare to medium rare, but well done is better than no steak. I don't eat swiss steaqk rare, ever.He has showed you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. (Micah 6:8)
