"So we done here? Forgas, you ready? Wanna sit with me in the car?" asks Viscid.

"That'd be cool!" Forgàs says happily.

[Well, he does also have the Andarian Ship-Summonotron 9000 (the remote control for the ship) which also has his license to pilot engraved on it.]

After filling out the forms, you go to the receptionist and hand him the IDs. "Hmm... We can accept the Trooper Membership ID, but the license engraved into your remote control- while very official looking- isn't necessarily valid. However, since it's apparent you have experience piloting- plus membership in the Troopers- we can just have you take a quick flight simulator." He presses a few buttons on a nearby phone and after a few seconds of mumbling into it, an officer appears to escort you to the flight simulation room. About five minutes later, you're taken into a room with multiple ships bolted into the ground.

"Allright, Mister- uh- Daring Dashing," the officer starts, "All you have to do is take a few tests on here and you're good to go." You hop into one of the machines and the simulator starts.

[ETA: Don't worry, everyone else... I haven't forgotten you, I just want to get this out of the way before we move on, and there's no particular reason to do this in PM]

Success! After that, it seems to be smooth sailing. Dodging traffic, avoiding dangerous clouds... piece of cake for a seasoned pilot as yourself!

Success! After all that, you even manage to parallel park your ship!

After the flight simulator ends, a gentleman comes from a booth in the room. "Congratulations, Mister Daring Dashing. You've passed the flight exam. Take these forms up to the receptionist and you'll be good to go."

You take the forms up to the receptionist and after looking at them he applauds you, "Excellent work. Here's a temporary license," he hands you a small card with your name and license number on it, "The actual one will arrive in a few days. I'll start processing your vehicle's request immediately. You can pick up your ship at the impound tomorrow."

The Captain nods his head and salutes, "As you were, Guardian."

Pocketing the license, Captain Daring Dashing walks out of the DMV and back towards the party.

After the good captain rejoins the party, Isambulus teleports them back to the Troopers Base.

Upon returning, Crusader meets them outside and says, "Well, folks... how'd it go?" Anton shakes his head. "Well, stopping the bank robbery attempt by the Skulls was a joke- especially since we got help from one of the hostages." He motions to Isambulus. "But confronting the mastermind, Kinesis, was a bit of a hassle. Aside from the fact that Green Skull was there, ol' Psychonutt wasn't exactly holding back on these guys." He points to the bruised and battered group that is the party.

Crusader observes the injured and starts to heal all of you (Don't bother rolling recovery... plot device healing. All Damage is kaput). He looks at Isambulus and says, "So what's your story?"

[Managed to get this done in between packing]

“Well, I was minding my own business, waiting to deposit the proceeds from my latest sale, when a group of thugs came in to rob the bank. Once I realised that the authorities had been notified, I tried to delay them by reciting a poem on the cruelty of potting free plants, it wasn’t one of my better artistic efforts, I’m sorry to say. After your little party arrived, the thugs turned on me, and I aided your people in bringing them down, noting that they were a little short of firepower in dealing with such criminals, so I offered to assist in a sortie to the gang's base to take down their leadership. Now your Arbiter is offering me a slightly less temporary position within your organisation, and I agreed to that.”

After processing this, Crusader says, "Hm... I see." Anton takes the pill bottle found on the thugs and hands it to Crusader. "We found a batch of Kinesis' hobby horse on one of the thugs. Might wanna get these to the cops ASAP." After looking at the contents, the paladin grunts in disgust. "Allright, folks. Not bad for a first outing. You're dismissed for the day, but remember to report in first thing tomorrow. Those of you that don't have lodging- probably because you were kicked out of your mother's basement- can stay here without a problem. Of course," he points towards Isambulus, "We'll be having a little chat about your joining soon. Don't get comfortable."

After Crusader and Isambulus go inside, Anton follows suit, leaving the party to their own devices.

"My mother. My mother insists on calling me by my birth name. I keep telling her, I'm not him anymore." Viscid says darkly.

"I need to settle down after that workout. Anyone want to join me for a milk shake in the cafeteria?" After a few moments of waiting, Viscid goes into the base.
