The experiment failed, which should be obvious to everyone. I see words like "jackass" and "I question your honesty or your sanity" and "you are being a jerk again" and much more. As far as I have seen, only OC and Jo are demonstrating behavior that would give a lurker the idea that Christian behavior is on display in this forum. The rest of us are failures. At least that is my conclusion.
This forum is a cesspool of juvenile, spiteful, hateful vitriol that makes sites such as Carm seem, in comparison, like high quality on some days.

I won't take your claims of caring or being sincere with even a grain of salt anymore. This forum is a disgrace. I don't know for sure what it would take to raise it from the gutter it's in up to a level that deserves to be taken seriously or shown respect. But one definite improvement would be the departure of 3 or 4 of you. The day that happens, the reputation of this forum as a place where pro-LDS people will be treated decently will increase by about 300-400%.

Actually, I did intend to do better, and I succeeded for a while longer than you did, I daresay. But in the end, the virtual drug that is this forum--or whatever malevolent entity or entities reside here--did what they ineluctably do, sooner or later, and you just couldn't resist the temptation. I admit that I failed as well. At least I am honest enough to admit it.
