Jaecp, who is still trying to defend his exclusive reliance on Google and Wikipedia has now taken to misrepresenting my position in order to attempt to boost the credibility of his own position. Oh, and few appeals to motive and some psychological projection.

RG's, who wants desperately to make a case against skeptics but you haven’t given him much to work with because he isn’t convinced about your various mediums anymore than the rest of us are.

Which means what you've seen hasn't convinced you its true...

It speaks volumes to my first statement about how RG desperately wants to make a case against skeptics, but Jason has given him nothing to work with.

Why else would that tangent on my research methodology have happened? Why else make a big deal about me saying his isn't convinced when he is not convinced? I mean, he's doing his university dissertation on what appears to be Jesus Mythers. Dude has an obvious bone to pick when you combine that with the rampant hostility.

It's like you're trying every out various synonymous way to say that you haven't been convinced as though it changes that you haven't been convinced.

What part of "I haven't decided yet" is so hard to understand.

You clearly, several times layout that you have not yet been convinced or unconvinced yet.

That doesn't mean Jason is wrong, it means you haven't reached a conclusion.....of course apparently we are meant to reach out conclusions without considered them first.

Understanding the resurrection as intended to be understood by Paul requires that one 1st realized that “a body” does not have to be a physical body as in terrestrial, but can be a celestial body the same as our soul is a celestial body.

Paul spoke of being resurrected as some other grain because of the differences between the barley associated with the Passover that is associated with Jesus Christ versus wheat that is associated with Pentecost that is associated with the church. The barley of Passover that represents Jesus Christ will not bond with yeast (levan) that is symbolic of sin whereas the wheat of Pentecost will bond with levan in the same manner that our sinful souls are unclean because of the presence of sin in it.

Therefore the resurrection that is available to us is the resurrection from death unto life as in going from living in death because of sin, to live a holy life free of sin because we are resurreced through the presence of Jesus Christ in us who cannot sin. Understanding the resurrection of the body is not our body per se, but is the resurrection of the body of Jesus Christ in us that is a corporate body whose head is in heaven who leads us into living sinless lives.

Tying all this itogether with being caught up to be with the Lord in Thessalonians that speaks of when the dead in Christ shall rise first, hopefully clarifies a lot of the false teachings that have taken the body of Christ captive.

Some rather interesting howlers in this article about the upcoming Atheist rally in DC.

The rally will weigh in with messages aimed at blunting the influence of the religious right in this election year: "God fixation won’t fix this nation"

To which one could respond with "Atheistic obsession won't halt the recession".

"Non-religion is the fastest-growing 'religion,' while Christianity is shrinking,

1. Isn't the point of Atheism, the ESCAPE from ideological identifiers and boundary lines? Or perhaps the NAs have finally dumped all pretense and are no admitting they are just another cult of personality, no different from any other religion (thus defeating the whole point of being Atheists in the first place).

2. Christianity is growing world wide, especially in Atheist strongholds like China and North Korea.

Easier to quantify is the growing number of Americans who say they do not identify with any god-centric religion — people who call themselves a lot of different things, including atheists, agnostics, religious skeptics and secular humanists.

One of these things is not like the other, one of these things doesn't belong.....

But the "damn good time" promised on the Reason Rally site surely refers to entertainers billed for the event — including "MythBusters" co-host Adam Savage, known for his propensity for blowing up various things, including conventional wisdom, on the weekly Discovery Channel program.

Also billed as appearing is musician-comedian Tim Minchin, a self-described atheist and skeptic, and Bad Religion, a punk rock band that has been performing since the 1980s and is known for their "Crossbuster" logo, created by band members when they were still teens practicing in a garage.

So lets see here. The "talent" they are bringing in consists of:

1. A guy who is only entertaining when he's blowing crap up (and even then only in the presence of Jamie Hyneman).
2. A shrill, obnoxious "comedian" (who regularly torpedoes his own jokes in order to rant and rave about how people should vote) that makes Andrew Dice Clay look like Dave Chapelle
3. A band that is widely considered to be one of the biggest sell outs that Punk has seen in the entirety of it's history, whose music amounts to maybe two memorable songs and a whole lotta dross.

Wow. I've been to Gospel revivals in booney towns that sounded more fun than this.

Well I would like to nominate one particular person for a screwball award (likely no one here will have heard of him). His user-name on a different site I post on is duh_swami (I post on a site that deals with Islam ,and is run be ex-Muslims. I was hoping to maybe find ex-Muslims who would be open to the message of the Gospel ,but oddly enough it's mostly been Hindu's and atheists that have needed this message there.). He's a Christ Myther ,and has several very odd ideas concerning the Bible ,and the symbolism involved. He seems to think that Adam and Cain (not to mention all other major Biblical figures) are the same story told from a different perspective(I don't have access to his exact post so that I can paste it here). He claims that Adam and Cain are the same person (told from a different perspective) for these reasons 1Adam sinned ,and Cain sinned 2 Adam had a wife ,and Cain had a wife 3 Adam lived in Eden which was in the east while Cain lived moved to Nod which was to the east of Eden (apparently the big similarity here is that they are both east) 4 Adam went to sleep and Cain lived in the land of Nod (I thought he was being sarcastic on this point) 5 Eve was made subject to Adam ,and Abel was made subject to Cain (I don't know how being a victim of murder equates to being made subject in the way the Eve was) 5 Eve was to have a desire for Adam and Abel was said to have this same kind of desire for Cain (not in the Bible at all unlike his claim). He thinks that his points stand even though all of the main points of his symbolism are either irrelevant ,have no meaning in the original Hebrew ,or simply don't exist in the Bible at all. I have been dealing with this guy for a couple of years now ,and have seen NO real understanding of what I have posted whatsoever. This "symbolism" has been the most recent of his crazy assertions ,and I thought he deserved a screwball award for it.
