A Glory Seed Devotional
Jesus’ Words of Inspiration for you....
“And Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine. (He was priest of God Most High.) And he blessed him and said, ‘Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand!’ And Abram gave him a tenth of everything.” (Genesis 14:18 – 14:20 ESV)
When Abram (soon to be renamed Abraham) faced overwhelming odds, he was not only strengthened by the Holy Spirit but was also led into victory as well. One of the reasons Abraham was so powerfully blessed was out his belief that alone he would be defeated, he knew with the Father blessings and the Spirit leading the way his victory was already written in annals of time.
When the struggles were over and the victory had been won, Melchizedek completed the blessing by honoring Abraham with bread and with wine which even down to your day stand as powerful symbols of the Fathers greatest blessing of love and sacrifice. Then in honor of the Father’s blessings, Abraham and his entire household returned the blessings.
Just as Abraham was blessed, the Most High God has blessed you as well. Will you take all the remaining moments of your life and give them to him as a blessing? He asks only for a heart opened not to the world but to heaven.
Whosoever has ears let them listen, “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you." (Luke 6:38 ESV)
“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door,
I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me.”
(Revelation 3:20 ESV)
