    Apocalypse Past

It seemed that through 2015 and 2016, there was a real rise in Apocalypse feelings. Several stations had shows like "How the World Ends" or about preppers.

    Now this year, they're gone.

Was it just a fad reflecting our anxiety on the presidential election? Or is this a lull so we don't know the day or the hour?

I think it could be either one. Honestly the apocalypse genre is in a sense escapism.

Seems like there were considerably more as 2000 approached as well as 2012.

I'm always still in trouble again

So an outbreak of apocalyptic thinking probably correlates to a rise in anxiety in society. I can handle that.

Nevertheless, let us keep looking for the return of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus.

The world, having ended on April 23 2018, will also end on June 24 2018: https://www.unilad.co.uk/news/the-bi...une-24th-2018/

If I were the world, I would want a lie-down after ending so frequently.
