Peter Sellars, I hope. Steve Martin was ok, but I lean toward the original in just about everything.

It was the Steve Martin version, but I've seen the Peter Sellars version and he is quite good too. I just find SarahB's bumbling buffoonery and attempts to sound serious while doing it to be rather amusing and reminds me a bit of our dear chief inspector. Plus, he is a fictional character that is designed to make us laugh, when you have many of the same characteristics of an obvious caricature, you know there is a problem.

You're right, of course, about the bumbling, but I feel like there's a deliberate viciousness in SarahB. Where our Inspector Clouseau is clueless about just about everything, I get a sense of malice aforethought in her comments. Although I'm beginning to wonder if someone should put a penny on her head, I think her needle's stuck.

That does it. I'm going to have to pop some popcorn and have myself a Clouseau fest. Maybe even a Peter Sellars fest.

"I hate Manwe's posts because I hate babies and America." --Augustine2004, August 6, 2011
Then Morgoth turned upon Húrin, and he said: 'Fool, little among Men, and they are the least of all that speak! Have you seen the Valar, or measured the power of Manwë and Varda?
Do you know the reach of their thought? Or do you think, perhaps, that their thought is upon you, and that they may shield you from afar?'
'I know not,' said Húrin. 'Yet so it might be, if they willed. For the Elder King shall not be dethroned while Arda endures.'

Well, I have one so I can take pictures and video of my grandson and easily send them to my daughter and grand daughter. They have an ipod too. The facetime app is pretty cool too since they live in PA.

Re: cujo006's Rebuttal to JP Holding Re: Jephthah
Big cities are where you find the vinyl, but a lot of collectors are out in the middle of nowhere. If you ask me, the vinyl collecting subculture is a holdover from the punk scene that never really abandoned the medium. I worked in an old hippy vinyl record shop in the early 90s, but he sold mostly stuff from the 60s and 70s, and made more money on record shows than in the shop, but friends of mine in punk bands around the same time were pressing new (usually colored) vinyl all the time, and you could always get your hands on it at local punk shows. It was cheap to make a 7" and it looked cool.
Somehow the punk rock vinyl holdover worked itself into the mainstream world, and by the mid-90s, when I started working at a big time corporate record shop that sold mostly tapes and cds, they were selling the occasional vinyl record album as a collectors edition for whatever hip band was pushing it. Fast-forward 20 years (jeez, has it been that long?) and the combination of vintage nostalgia, the punk holdover, and the idea of getting a material item from your favorite band in your hands (as opposed to a digital download) is whats really pushing the market, and its growing too.
Man, that was completely off topic, but its a topic I like so...
Here's a smattering of some of the color vinyl I own taken with a crummy camera a while back.

The one that looks black is actually dark red
