Yea, a mixed bag. Like Hamster. On one hand he's funny and intelligent, but on the other he's just a small furry mammal without thumbs. You can't have it all.

Screwball to some people on my company's internal forum. Somebody posted a Happy Easter thread, and the socially autistic atheists saw that as an opportunity to be....well.....socially autistic. One said "Happy Zombie Jesus Day!" another said "You Christians should really celebrate Horus rising from the dead" and one said that Christians were celebrating a pagan holiday and that they should do some research about it! I ignored the others and responded to the last one. I asked him to explain how a group of Christians celebrating a Christian God was pagan. He said I should read my history and learn how Easter was originally pagan. I said that regardless how it started, why should we believe that Christians in the modern west worshiping Christ is analogous to pagans worshiping pagan deities? And, in typical fundy atheist reasoning, he just kept repeating that Easter was originally a celebration of pagan fertility gods.
Yea, so, screwball to them.

And on that note, anti-screwball to a certain Jewish peasant for taking death captive.
