Weight Watchers Group
Okay anyone else here doing Weight Watchers? I just started. I gained weight, so the program adjusted my points down.

I did it a long time ago - it wasn't my cup of tea. But my Mom did it years ago and liked it.

I did it, did lose weight. I lost more from a GI tear last july.....(yeah, not really the way you want to lose weight though)

Thats what the bonuses are for...so you can pig out once in while or eat a very rich dessert etc.

Re: Weight Watchers Group
We've been counting calories recently and while it works, it's much more labor intensive than Weight Watchers. We've done that in the past too and while it wasn't quite as rapid as we desired, it worked okay :)
The only thing I tend to caution is that WW allows (or did) 0 point fruits. Mangos and Bananas are very fleshy fruits and high calorie comparative to other fruits which are mostly water. Three bananas = nearly 400 calories (or in the old scale ~8 points). I understand their desire to push healthy foods but as weight loss goes, that can cause some head scratching for folks who gorge on fruit.
Sounds like you're doing awesome though so far, grats! There's an interesting psychology regarding the impetus behind which we find ourselves urged... nay, compelled, to read someone's entire signature.

No bananas this week, but I lost zero weight. And I followed the plan.
