I gained 4.... then again....eating might have had something to with that. I started eating after a long period of not eating.....

If you have more to lose you may well plateau - which is a stall in your weight loss. That's the real test because they can be difficult to wait out. There are some ways to try and get around it - do NOT try any of them! You have so little to lose that it will be much better for you to just wait it out by sticking to your diet and exercise. The really hard part is not to obsess over it in the meantime. Plateaus do pass with time but gimmicks - even ones that are helpful to those with a great deal of weight to lose - are likely to backfire on you. I totally fell off the wagon this weekend. Sure to gain this week. But I am getting sick again, and I tend to pork on comfort food when I don't feel well.

I actually didn't gain, I lost two pounds which is puzzling, but hey I'll take it.
I usually do a mix of things since I hate the gym and get bored easy. Every few days I do 30 minutes of cardio and other days do light weight training.Nochyu mokraya ptitsa nikogda ne letaet.
