      Yes. Just for vareity. You may recall they speak that way in prior stories too; the last time was ST #8, where the EC parlimentarian who was transformed into a Sk'lan had one sentence with the same syntax. Before that....hmm. Been a while. Probably ST #6, when Felicity and Precog were captured by Sk'lan. My face line from there, page 14:

      I have some questions related to Eidolon in this context. We know he can't drown. But what does he do when he's underwater? Can he breathe underwater? Can he hold his breath indefinitely?

      Heh, I know the answer to this because of a MUCH later scene I have planned...but...he has these options:

      1) You can imagine he's probably trained himself to stay underwater for a long time. A quick check shows the human world record is over 18-19 minutes. He can probably do it for 30 if need be, and he'd have needed much less time than that to mind-blast those Sk'lan.

      2) Alternatively, he could probably use the power of the wind seraph to create a bubble around himself underwater.

      I will say that if he stayed under too long, he'd just go into hibernation until someone dragged him ashore. I know that because of a future scene I have planned too...though...not with him as the one trapped under water...

      just a comment for if you redo the page ever. If you have them commenting on the splash, I recon you should make it a bit higher.
