Had lower back problems earlier this year and could feel a spot on my spine that wasn't lined up straight. Adjustment worked for this, at least temporarily.

Probably the most benefit from seeing a chiropractor was advice on how to sleep property and how to exercise my back. Anecdotally, a week of doing the low plank pose from yoga + not sleeping on my stomach is what did the trick for me, quite dramatically.

      2 Tim 2:1-2

Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

I'm pretty sure whatever Sea and Phank are doing isn't for public... oh, wait... It's 'plank' not 'Phank'...

      Matthew 8:26-27

He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this this? Even the wind and the waves obey Him!"
