Due to rampant stupidity by Skeptics, and time issues, I'm only going to be on TWeb in my own (tektonics.org) section from now on. Deal with it.

This is what he does instead of reading scholarly books.

(Dante, BTW, rightly guessed at my argument....I didn't use it from him. But everyone here doesn't need to be told that.)
Sounds like I need to load another special one...I'll see if I can get it out in an hour.

YT fundy atheisr waldegg, on my Dawkins vid:
Actual historical evience makes the theory "Jesus didn't exist" NOT even 1% crackpot. It's a lie that the majority of historicans beleive in Jesus existence ... as usual.

Troll gnomefro, on Wah Wah World 4, providing an example I can use if I ever make a 2nd edition:
The one about God making hair grow on Elisha's head was pretty good. Apparently God prefers mass murder via magical bear-summoning to using magic to make hair grow. I'm not sure why you think this would not refute the idea of a good or just god.
It also raises the issue of why the God would choose a prophet that apparently looked so stupid that it completely drowned his message. Come to think of it, if Elisha's message was comparable to modern apologists, it might have been an improvement.

Re: May 2012 Screwballs
Over on Discover Magazine's blog there are some awesome B&W photos of old trees in an article fittingly called In Search of the World’s Oldest Trees.
Under the picture of a Bristlecone Pine it notes that, "They sprouted during glacial times, fifteen centuries before the birth of Christ."
Screwball to 'D Hannon' for his/her comment in the responses:
"how old the trees in actual time rather that the purported reference time ” fifteen centuries before the birth of Christ.” Discover the facts, avoid the myths. I prefer 63 centuries after the birth of Zeus."
Always strive to keep an open mind – but not so open that your brains fall out!Still afeared of & dodging The PINTM

There's an image circulating social media interspersing pictures of an anti-gay marriage rally and something from the Civil Rights movement, saying something to the effect of "Here's how you will look in 40 years".

I think such future is highly possible. People we do it under the explanation that they wish to have grandchildren.
Here's an interesting article on the topic:

My guess is that any worldwide police state would probably also be interested in population control, so that wouldn't be an option.

Yet again, another anti-screwball to The Lutheran Satire:
***Rest in peace, Curtmudgeon!***
"I hate Manwe's posts because I hate babies and America." --Augustine2004, August 6, 2011
Then Morgoth turned upon Húrin, and he said: 'Fool, little among Men, and they are the least of all that speak! Have you seen the Valar, or measured the power of Manwë and Varda?
Do you know the reach of their thought? Or do you think, perhaps, that their thought is upon you, and that they may shield you from afar?'
'I know not,' said Húrin. 'Yet so it might be, if they willed. For the Elder King shall not be dethroned while Arda endures.'
The Words of Húrin and Morgoth, "The Children of Húrin" by J.R.R. Tolkien

Not gonna happen absent a worldwide police state. Even then, I have my doubts.
