Perhaps for under the heading for John Quincy Adams they could say how he was president when the first flush toilet was installed in the White House* and Obama is presiding over the flushing of the economy down the toilet.
* various sources list John Adams, Andrew Jackson and Millard Fillmore as being the first president to have a flush toilet in the White House
